Coloma Coffee Liqueur, in its Gran Reserva edition, is a tribute to Colombia and its proud coffee-growing heritage.
Every August, dozens of women known as “Chapoleras” gather at Hacienda Coloma to hand-select the finest 100% Excelso Colombian coffee beans from the famed Arabica family. The coffee is then gently roasted and ground following centuries-old methods.
An all-natural infusion process begins, where the coffee is slowly blended with the finest 3-year-old Caribbean rum. The resulting liqueur then rests for 8 to 10 weeks in once-used American oak barrels.
This natural and meticulous production method ensures a deliciously smooth and complex liqueur, capable of revealing the fine notes of the world’s best coffee.
