Ron Coloma Rozelieures Finish is the latest rum creation from Hacienda Coloma, in collaboration with the French Rozelieures Single Malt Whisky distillery. Coloma and Rozelieures are, in essence, family stories with a shared commitment to quality and craftsmanship, passed down from generation to generation. This partnership represents the fusion of two traditions, where the passion for distillation and the relentless pursuit of excellence combine to create a unique and exceptional product.

This molasses rum was aged for 8 years in American oak barrels. At the end of this aging period, it was refined for 4 weeks in Rozelieures peated single malt whisky casks, adding distinctive complexity and character. The finishing process in peated whisky barrels imparts unique nuances, resulting in a rum that challenges and elevates the expectations of even the most discerning palates.
